Amy Zhang, MD grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in biology and anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. She attended medical school at the University of Minnesota, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor societies. She went on to complete her dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic, where she received well-rounded and rigorous training from experts in the field.

Dr. Zhang is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is the author of 15 peer-reviewed publications in the field of dermatology.

Dr. Zhang is excited to be serving the Katy community as a dermatologist. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and all things Peloton. Above all, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
